Get in touch
We'll meet you at your property to confirm your rental valuation and explain the Guaranteed Rent scheme in detail. We'll look at the standards and ensure the property is suitable for our scheme.

View the property
Once you are ready to proceed, we obtain copies of your EPC, NICEIC and Gas Certificates along with 3 full sets of keys. If you don't have these documents, we can help you obtain these through our qualified engineers.

Arrange certificates
We'll carry out a final inspection once we are in receipt of the required documents and take full photographs of the property. We then notify our clients that the property is 'Ready to Let'

Final inspection
Lastly, we sign contracts and your Guaranteed Rent starts. No Hassle - No Headache.
