By working together, we are confident that we can provide better services to the landlords and tenants and at the same time expand our collaboration with the agents in the region by handling more properties.
As a commercial entity we are able to offer the agencies a service fee for referring us to their landlords. We also offer the agencies a commission for referring guests for our short-term letting properties or tenants for our shared accommodation properties.
We also work with corporate clients who are looking for temporary accommodation in our region and also offer short-term lets for contractors and key workers.
